Guiding and inspiring clients toward success at the individual and organizational level has been an integral component of my 25+ years of Career and Human Resource experience. Leveraging career work at two universities and Recruitment and HR Management positions in High Tech, Manufacturing and Retail industries in Maine and Southern New Hampshire – Sanders Associates, Teradyne Connection Systems, Summa Four, and L.L. Helping others identify their talents and interests, and re-envision their career path is both a strength and a passion. With business experience that spans industries, 10 years in human resource management and 15 years of operations leadership, I understand the natural tensions and dynamics of staff versus line, and department versus corporate perspectives that often impact the effective functioning of an organization.
At L.L. Bean I held several HR Manager positions, including the HR leader for a groundbreaking Distribution Center Redesign. Following that assignment I transitioned to Operations as Director of Fulfillment and then Customer Satisfaction. Prior experiences include HR Administrator for Dead River Company, Project Manager at G. H. Bass, and Administration in various healthcare settings.
Recognizing opportunities to leverage untapped potential in organizations and individuals has been a constant theme throughout my career!
